We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conducting market research specific to the marine engine industry, including identifying target segments, market trends, and competitor analysis.

  • Content Creation: Developing compelling and informative content tailored to marine engine buyers, such as technical specifications, product comparisons, and industry insights.

  • Digital Marketing: Executing digital marketing strategies focused on reaching boat manufacturers, shipyards, and marine enthusiasts through channels like search engine optimization (SEO), online advertising, and industry-specific websites.

  • Lead Generation: Implementing lead generation strategies to capture and qualify leads interested in marine engines, leveraging online forms, landing pages, and targeted campaigns.

  • Marketing Analytics: Analyzing marketing data and metrics related to marine engine campaigns, evaluating website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates to optimise marketing efforts.

  • Marketing Automation: Utilizing marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes, sending targeted communications and tracking customer interactions.

  • CRM Management: Managing the CRM system to track marine engine sales leads, customer data, and interactions, ensuring effective follow-ups and personalized communication.

  • Collaboration: Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, providing them with sales enablement materials, technical specifications, and product information.

  • Campaign Management: Planning and executing marketing campaigns tailored to marine engine customers, including monitoring budgets, timelines, and tracking campaign performance.

  • Conversion Optimization: Identifying opportunities to optimize the marine engine purchasing journey, improving website user experience, and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Qualification - MBA in Marketing is preferred but anyone who has passion in marketing, psychology or selling are welcomed. 

  • Age - No bar 

  • Gender - Any
