We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identifying new markets, territories, or regions for marine engine sales expansion, conducting market analysis, and developing localized marketing strategies.

  • Relationship Building: Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the marine industry, such as boat manufacturers, shipyards, marinas, and marine equipment distributors.

  • Event Management: Organizing and participating in industry-specific events, boat shows, and marine trade exhibitions to showcase marine engines, generate leads, and establish partnerships.

  • Customer Engagement: Conducting face-to-face meetings with boat builders, shipowners, and marine professionals, providing technical expertise, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized solutions.

  • Territory Management: Managing assigned territories or regions for marine engine sales, including developing marketing plans, executing targeted promotional activities, and monitoring market trends.

  • Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to provide them with marketing collateral, product training, and technical support to effectively promote and sell marine engines.

  • Market Intelligence: Gathering market insights and competitive intelligence within the marine engine industry, identifying market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.

  • Brand Ambassadors: Representing the company as brand ambassadors at industry events, embodying the values and quality of your marine engines while building trust with customers and stakeholders.

  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on field marketing activities, including market feedback, competitive analysis, sales leads generated, and progress towards sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications - Any male candidates with the above mentioned language proficiency with excellent people skills are welcomed. MBA’s would be preferred but anyone who has passion in Marketing is welcomed. 

  • Language - Candidates speaking any of Hindi, Telugu, Kannada or Bengali are welcomed.

  • Work Place : All around India mostly in the coastal states

  • Age - 25 - 40
